Who on this earth wouldn’t love a present of truffles this upcoming holiday season?  You probably can’t think of one.  Sure, there are some who think only of buried fungi found by dogs or pigs, and those are sought after by gourmets and high-class chefs.  We are talking about chocolate truffles, the epitome of all things sweet.
